Welcome to Jodie Fox Art. By using this website, browsing artwork, submitting enquiries, joining the mailing list or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

ARTWORK

Rights to artwork remain the intellectual property of JODIE FOX ART including after purchase. This includes the purchase of originals, commissions, prints and current and/or future reproductions of any kind. The purchase of any item, original or otherwise, does not grant the customer permission to mint the piece into an NFT, print and distribute in any form or reproduce in any way by means of profit and/or otherwise.
Collectors may not reproduce artwork in any way without express written permission from the artist. Posting images of the items purchased on social media are always welcome and does not breach this clause.

 

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Every effort is made to ensure artwork descriptions, dimensions and images are accurate. Due to differences in screen settings and devices, colours may vary slightly from those seen in person. 

Original artworks are unique, handmade pieces and may contain natural variations that form part of their character.

PRICING & AVAILABILITY 

Prices are displayed in the relevant currency and may be updated without notice. 

Availability of artwork is subject to change. An item is not considered sold until payment has been received and confirmed.

RESERVE A WORK IN PROGRESS

Submitting a Reserve a Work In Progress form does not guarantee ownership of the artwork and does not create a legally blinding agreement. 

Expressions of interest are recorded in the order received. If an artwork becomes available, interested parties may be contacted and offered the opportunity to purchase before public release.

PAYMENTS 

Payments must be made using the payment methods available at checkout. 

Artwork will not be dispatched until full payment has been received unless otherwise agreed in writing.

SHIPPING

Orders are carefully packaged and shipped using trusted postal or courier services. 

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. 

Any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the nature of original artwork, returns are generally not accepted unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect. 

If your order arrives damaged, please contact Jodie Fox Art within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the artwork, packaging and any damage. 

Each case will be reviewed individually and an appropriate resolution offered where applicable.

By subscribing to the mailing list, you agree to receive occasional updates regarding new artwork, releases, exhibitions and special announcements. 

You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in emails.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Jodie Fox Art shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products. 

We are not liable for goods once they are in the possession of the collector. It is not our duty to refund, exchange, replace or compensate by any means for the damage of products that have been mishandled by customers. For example: smudging fingerprints on the white border, tearing fine art prints, damaging works, etc.
As guaranteed under consumer protections, compensation for damage is due if/when damaged products are received when impacted by postal services and/or faulty merchandise has been dispatched. Every print is inspected several times before clearing quality control for shipment and only pristine purchased reproductions are packaged for you to enjoy.
Please read the product descriptions thoroughly and carefully. It is not our duty to compensate customers who do not read the information provided in the product description prior to purchase.
